Combined with the broth, the cauliflower makes for a great soup with a strong constitution and sweet fragrance which just so happens to be really healthy for you. Ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
4 cups of water
1 large cauliflower
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of butter
2 cubes Knorr chicken stock
Directions:
1) First boil the cauliflower in salted water until tender, then remove and strain.
2) Saute chopped onions and crushed garlic with a little butter in the pot.
3) Add the now chopped cooked cauliflower.
4) Add 4 cups of water, butter, the flour and the stock cubes.
5) Bring it all to a boil while stirring constantly for 10 minutes, until all the ingredients are blended together.
6) Serve. Garnish with a teaspoon of cream, parsley or diced olives.
