1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles
1/3 cup butter
Directions:
1) Put the condensed milk, cocoa powder, chocolate powder and butter in a saucepan. On low heat stir with a wooden spoon for about 35- 40 minutes. When the mixture starts to thicken pour it on a buttered dish.
2) Once the mixture has cooled and hardened for about 20 to 25 minutes, grease your hands with some vegetable oil or spray and then use them to form balls a bit smaller than ping pong balls. Dip them in the chocolate sprinkles.
3) Serve and enjoy!
