It uses the creamy texture and slight sourness of goat cheese to make a dessert flan most similar to cheesecake in terms of flavor. This is a great dessert for those who enjoy a nice combination of sweet and sour in a dessert. It is very simple and easy to make without much fuss and is sure to impress.
