Ingredients:
6 Pork Chops
Salt, Pepper, or Hot sauce to taste
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Bay leaf
Lemon Juice to taste
1 tablespoon Pork Lard
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon Butter
Directions:
1) In a bowl, season the pork with the salt, pepper, or hot sauce to taste.
2) Chop up the garlic and bay leaf and add to the bowl.
3) Add the lemon juice to the seasoning and mix all the contents together, cover it, and let marinate for about 2 hours.
4) After that, place the pork lard in a frying pan on high and let it start melting.
5) Begin adding the pork chops to the pan and let them brown to a golden color.
6) Now add the water and butter to the pan to enhance the sauce and let it continue cooking until well done.
7) Serve while hot and enjoy!
Note: The sauce from the pan goes great when served with some rice or batatas fritas (Fried potatoes).
