This is a simple dessert dish which is enjoyed traditionally in the islands because of the combination of the flavorful pineapple and some post dinner Port Wine. Ingredients:
1 Pineapple
Red Port wine
1/4 cup of Cashews
Directions:
1) Clean and slice a ripe pineapple.
2) Place in serving bowl and cover with port wine.
3) Allow to stand for 2 hours before serving.
4) Place some cashews over the pineapple and serve, enjoy!
