Blade meat sandwiches are a staple of Portuguese eating and are probably one of my favorite sandwiches around. The blade meat we are going to use comes already marinated and can easily be found at most local Portuguese food markets. The bursting flavor of the garlic along with some fresh red peppers gives the sandwich unbelievable flavor. The tender blade meat combined with a toasty Portuguese bread roll makes for a sandwich that is truly delicious.
