Here are going to give you all an unbelievably delicious recipe for a Portuguese dessert called Pudim de Castanhas, or Chestnut Pudding. As many puddings in Portuguese dessert dining are much like flans as you probably know, this is an interesting variation on the dish with some delicious chestnut flavor. This is my favorite Portuguese pudding by far as I am bit biased for my love of chestnuts but I am sure you will all love it as well. This dessert might seem complicated to make because it is so delicious but it is quite simple once you find and prepare the chestnuts which is not too difficult.
