Today we are going to give you guys a unique but simple recipe for Porco com Molho de Fígado, or Pork with Liver sauce. This might be a bit too much for some, but for those who enjoy the unique texture and flavor of all types of meat including liver like many of my Portuguese compatriots, this dish is quite a treat. This is a delicious way to enjoy all parts of the pork in combination and is definitely a favorite of mine and many others.
