1 lb flounder fillet
4 tbs white flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 tbs olive oil
2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
1) Beat egg with fork.
2) Place flour, salt and pepper, and chopped parsley in a dish.
3) Dip the flounder fillet in egg mixture then in flour mixture.
4) Add to frying pan on high heat and cook fish approximately 2 minutes on each side.
5) Squeeze lemon on each fillet and serve, enjoy!
